摘要
本文对我国信息产业的发展作了研究，并指出，与发达国家和地区相比我们存在着双重差距，因此应参与国际竞争。为建立现代化的信息产业体系，作者提出了一些建议，诸如疏导瓶颈，加速发展电子通信业，多渠道集资，负债经营，分工专门化，发挥个体优势，提高整体水平：植根于大中城市，辐射四方，创造一定规模的产值。最后，作者对今后我国信息产业的发展速度进行了预测。
This article inquires into the development of China′s information in-dustry and points out that there is dual gaps compared with advanced countries and regions.Therefore,we should take part in the international competition. In order to set up the modern information industry system,the author puts forward some suggestions such as overcoming the bottleneck and accelerating the development of electronic communication industry,raising funds through multi-channels and divid-ing the work according to the specialization,bringing the individual superiority into full play and rising the overall standard5,taking root among the big and me-dium-sized cities and producing a certain amount of output value,etc,Meanwhile,the rate of development of China′s information industry is predicted in the years to come。
