煤的超临界醇萃取脱硫Ⅱ.碱处理及溶剂组成的影响 被引量:5

摘要 在半连续和间歇式反应器中考察了不同的碱处理方式和溶剂组成对煤脱硫的影响。半连续实验结果表明,用浸泡法处理煤样时随碱浓度的增加,脱硫率增加,但当碱浓度大于10%,浸泡时间超过30min后,脱硫率又下降。用醇碱液作为萃取溶剂可明显地提高脱硫率,最高为59.6%。改变溶剂组成并不能显著地影响脱硫率,当甲醇/水=1:1(摩尔)6、有机硫的脱除率最大(32.9%)。间歇釜实验结果证实,当碱/煤比大于0.5后,脱硫率增加趋势缓慢;当乙醇浓度降至92.7%(体积)时,脱硫率下降不明显。对产物的红外光谱分析表明,碱存在时,超临界萃取脱硫反应是由醚键、芳香S-H和芳香二硫醚键的断裂引发的;醇水混合溶剂对杂环噻吩硫的脱除是有利的。 The effect of KOH treatment and solvent composition on sulfur removal wasinvestigated in both semi-continuous and batch reactors. The results in semi-continuousreactor show that:when the coal was soaked in ethano/KOHsolution the sulfur removal iu-creases withthe increase of KOH concentration,but the sulfur removal decreases as theKOH concentration is greater than l0%and the soaking time is longer than 0.5h; the sulfurremoval can be increased markedly when using ethanol/KOH solution as solvent,the maxi-mum is 59.6%of which the inorganic sulfur is removed preferentially; the removal of organ-ic sulfur reaches maximum(32.9%)when the ratio of methanol/water is 1:1(mol).Theresults in batch reactor show that:when the ratio of KOH/coal is greater than 0. 5 the ten-dency of the increase in sulfur removal becomes slow;the sulfur removal does not decreaseobviously as the ethanol concentration decreases down to 92.7%(vol.).The FTIR analysesof solid products indicate that supercritical desulfurization process is initiated by the break ofether,aromatic S-Hand aromatic-S-S-bonds; alcohol/water mixture is favourable tothe removal of heterocylic thiophene.
