摘要
本文分别在往复磨损试验机和四球试验机上考察了超细金刚石石墨粉(平均粒径为20～40nm)作为添加剂,对20号机械油摩擦磨损特性的影响。试验结果表明,适宜的添加剂浓度对20号机械汕的抗磨减摩性能有改善,摩擦副的工作压力对添加剂作用的发挥也有影响。文中对这种超细粉添加剂的作用机理作了初步的探讨。
The tribological characteristics of lubrication oils,which contain ultra-fine diamond-graphite powder,are tested with reciprocation and four-ball wear tests show that the powder has improved the oils tribological performances when concentration are in 3-5%. Its mechanism are discussed.
