摘要
在杂交组合(86004×707)F2中出现了少量无蜡粉植株,经测验,有蜡粉株与无蜡粉株的比例符合15:1。为了对这一无蜡粉性状作遗传性研究,在F2中随机选择有蜡粉株自交;以无蜡粉株与F1测交,与双亲回交,并将回交一代自交。对上述后代的分离表现作遗传分析,这一无蜡粉性状受2对隐性基因g1和g2控制;无蜡粉株的基因型为g1g1g2g2,只要有一个或一个以上基因为显性的基因型均表现为有蜡粉。
A few plants with waxless leaves had been found in the F2 generation of the cross'86004×707'.The segregation ratio of waxy plants to waxless plants is 15:1 in the F,.One waxless plant and five waxy plants in F2 were selfed.The backcrosses of waxlessplant were made,and the testing-cross of F,was also done using waxless gene.The results showed that the waxless character was controlled by two pairs of recessive genes. Only the plants winning the genotype g1g1g2g2 are waxless.This character can be used in hybrid breeding as a genetic marker,because it can be significantly distinguished by eyes.
