摘要
在常压固定床反应装置上研究了ZrO_2及不同金属改性的ZrO_2系催化剂对于苯甲酸甲酯加氢制苯甲醛的反应性能,考察了催化剂制备方法、金属改性及反应条件对催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明,Mn改性作用最显著;其次为Cr、In;而Zn、Y、Cu、Co改性较差。在反应温度340℃、氢空速(GHSV)850─1050h ̄(-1)、苯甲酸甲酯液体空速(LHSV)为0.1h ̄(-1)时,浸渍法与共沉淀法制备的催化剂(Mn/Zr原子比相应为5/100与10/100),苯甲酸甲酯转化率>66%,苯甲醛选择性>84%。
A process for synthesis of benzaldehyde by direct hydrogenation of methyl benzoate wasstudied in a continuous flow fixed-bed system. The catalytic activity of ZrO_2 and modified ZrO_2 bydifferent metal elements was examined. The effects of preparation method and reaction conditionson the hydrogenation reaction were investigated.The main results indicate that:(1)the modifyingeffect of the metal elements decreases in the following order:Mn,Cr,In,Zn,Y. Cu,Co;(2)at reac-tion temperature 340℃,methyl benzoate LHSV 0. 1h ̄(-1),and H_2 GHSV 850─1050h ̄(-1) ,the conver-sion of methyl benzoate reached 66%,and the selectivity of benzaldehyde approximately 84%forMn-Zr catalyst(Mn/Zr=5/100 atomic ratio)prepared by impregnation and Mn-Zr catalyst(Mn/Zr=10/l00 atomic ratio)prepared by coprecipitation.
