摘要
根据作者所建立的催化裂化提升管再生器的数学模型[1],模拟计算了二级提升管再生器串联的再生效果,结果表明采用提升管再生器串联的再生方式,装置操作弹性及再生效果均优于单一的提升管再生器烧焦,为今后提升管再生器的发展作了有益的探讨。
A new kind of FCC regeneration process called the two-stage riser FCC regenerator,which consists of two risers connected in series, is proposed. Based on the mathematical model of riser regenerator proposed by the authors previously, the effect of operating conditions,such as the carbon content of the catalyst and the air flow rate on the regeneration efficiency of this regenerator is simulated. Thesimulation results show that the newly proposed two-stage riser regenerator has a lot of advantages overthe one-stage design.Its regeneration efficiency and operation flexibility are greatly improved.
