摘要
本文刻划了交换整环Ｒ上的上三角矩阵的Ｒ—代数（Ｒ）的保对合的可逆线性算子，由此又确定了（Ｒ）的保立方幂等的可逆线性算子．
In this paper we characterize the linear operators preserving involutions of the upper triangu-lar matrix R-Algebra(R)over a commutative integral domain R. We also determint the lin-ear operatos preserving triple idempotents of(R)
