聚砜制膜液的相平衡及其与制膜的关系 被引量:2

ANALYASIS OF PHASE EQUILIBRIA OF POLYSULFONE MEMBRANE-FORMAING SYSTEM WITH ADDITIVE OF SULPHURIC ACID SOULTION AND THEIR RELEVANCE TO MEMBRANE FORMATION PROCESSES

摘要 测定了含不同浓度H_2SO_4的聚砜制膜液的分相曲线,用Florg-Huggins理论对该体系进行相平衡推算,将H_2SO_4的影响归纳于F-H交互作用参数对相图的影响中,计算值与实验值吻合较好。考察了聚砜分子量改变对相图的影响关系,发现分子量的改变只对低浓度区的相图略有影响,高浓度区的相图没有变化。分析了H_2SO_4对制膜液的作用,得出了一些对制膜有实用意义的结论,并在相图指导下制备了两种外压式聚砜管式膜,对膜性能的测试表明,实验结果与相图分析结论一致。 Experimental data for the phase equilibria of a polysulfone-solvent-sulphuric acid solution ternary and quasi-trenary systems are obtained by the cloud point method.With incorporating sulphuric acid influence into the interaction parameters the Flory-Huggins model,a calculated curve of phase separation of the ternary or quasi-ternary system is given. The results shown that the Flory-Huggins theory was considered feasible to describe the thermodynamic behavior of membrane formation processes. Two kinds of polysulfone asymmetric membrane were prepared to investigate the influence of sulphuric acid additive into membrane formation.Some ideas on choosing the conditions for membrane preparation are suggested.
