摘要
本文用层次分析法建立了塔里木河上、中、下游各用水户利用水资源的综合效益评价模型．根据分解协调原理建立了水资源优化分配模型，较好地解决了该地区水资源优化分配问题．
In this paper a integrative benefit assessment model of water resources utilization in the upper, middle and lower reach of the Tarim river is set up by using themethod of hierarchical analysis. By ultilizing the method of decomposition andcoordination, a model of water resources optimization allocation is set up. Theproblem of water resources optimitzation allocation in this region is solved.
