摘要
利用粳籼杂交的后代出现的不育株细胞质供体,先后育成了三个籼型不育系. 育成的K青A配合力优于汕A,K19A中抗稻瘟病,K17A抗病性及繁殖制种产量优 于汕A.这一新型雄性不育细胞质对杂交早稻产量性状的变劣效应比目前生产 上应用的其它雄性不育细胞质的变劣效应小.育成的杂交稻具有高产、抗病、 质优、适应性广等特点。已有两个组合通过省级审定,两个组合通过省级区试, 五个组合正在进行区域试验和生产试验.讨论了这种新型极性不育细胞质杂交 稻育成的价值.
Three indica sterile lines, K qingA,, with high combination ability, K19A, with mid-resistibility to rice blast, and K17A; with high yield of propagation and seed Froductiou, have been bred success ively by using sterlie giants fron progeny of hybrid between japonica and indiea as CMS donor. Subseqently, a series of new hybridrice combinations with different growth duration have been seleeted out. Up to date, two combinations were released, two more finished district test, and five more are taking part in district test and Froductional test. Elementary research showed that the CMS has least negative effect on yield traits of ealy-season hybrid rice, apparently different from those which have been used in rice production. Finally, the valuation of the CMS was discussed.
