摘要
本文提出用双乙醛草酰二腙分光光度法测定猪肝中的铜，进行了条件和方法的对比试验，测定结果经与原子吸收分光光度法相比较有较好的一致性，该法的准确度与精密度较高。
The method of spectrophotornetric determination of copper in popk liver using bialdehyde oxalyldihydrazone is introduced,and controst experiment is taked in condition and method in this paper.The result shows that the method is superior to atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
