用不同选择性平板和增菌培养基对空肠弯曲菌分离、传代和增菌的比较试验 被引量:7

A Comparative Study on Isolation, Generation and Enrichment of Campylobacter Jejuni by Differently Selective Plating Media and Enrichment Broths

摘要 本文报告用改良弯曲菌卵黄琼脂平板对来自鸡、猪和人的26株空肠弯曲菌传代后,放4℃冰箱内虽长达7天,少数菌株(7/26)已出现球变,但全能传代生长;而在改良弯曲菌血琼脂平板上至第5天即有部分菌株发生变异,传代中约1/3的菌株(9/26)已不能生长。另用含卵黄的选择性布氏肉汤培养污染于牛奶和光鸡体表的空肠弯曲菌有增菌作用,可以提高其检出效果。 This paper reports that 26 Campylobacter jejuni strains from chicken, pig and human origin generating on modified Camp-YAP media were stored at 4℃ for 7 days,as a result,coccal transformation oecured in a few strains, but after inoculatng, all 26 strains grew well. Whereas, these strains on modified Camp-BAP media were stored for 5 days, about 1/3 strains ( 9/26 ) can't generate. In addition, by holding the milk and defeatured chicken specimens contaminated with C. jejuni in selective Bruce's broth containing yolk, the effect of isolating the microbe may increase.
