摘要 本文研究了高分子量聚氯乙烯(HMWPVC)树脂的加工工艺、结构、性能及颗粒形态,并与通用型PVC树脂进行了性能比较。结果表明,HMWPVC的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、冲击回弹性及压缩永久变形等物理力学性能均随聚合度的提高而有所增加,而且各项性能均优于通用型PVC树脂,但其加工温度高,熔体粘度大,塑化性能差。 AbstractThe processing technology,structure,properties and microstructural morphology of high molecular weight polyvinyl chloride (HMWPVC) resins were studied, and the properties were compered with general purpose PVC. aam results showed that the tensile strength, tearing strength, impact reailience, and compreessive permanent deformation of HMWPVC all increased with the increase of polymerization degree and were superior to general purpose PVC resin, but HMWPVC had higher processing temperature, melt viscocity and lower plasticizing rate.
