Introduces the meaning of informaiton literacy and the difference between information literacy education and traditional libraryuser's education, studies how the information literacy deepens library user's education in the respects of information sources, computer using skill and information retrieval skill, discusses the aim, the related factors, the plan making and car-ring out of information literacy education.
