摘要
本文采用试验研究与有限元分析相结合的方法,探讨将粘钢补强加固技术应用于水工钢闸门加固工程并获得成功,工程实践表明:将此技术应用于水工钢闸门加固可使即将报废的钢闸门寿命再延长30年,而成本仅为闸门换新的30-40%,因而具有较明显的社会经济效益.文中提出的粘钢补强加固“折算截面假定”设计计算方法可供类似工程设计参考使用.
In this paper, the laboratory tests and finite element method have been used to study the failure mechanism and stress distribution in the section of the sticking steel plates composite materials. A simplified method, named 'transformed section hypothesis' , has been proposed to calculate the stress distribution in the section of the composite materials. In the field of Fankou floodgates, the stresses of one gate strenthened with sticking steel plate have been monitored and compared with those of the gate without strengthened under various water levels. It is proved that the sticking steel plate technique can be used to strengthen the rusty gates. Practice in Fankou floodgate strengthening works shows that this technique might prolong the servicee life of the gate over 30 more years, while the strengthening cost is only 30-40% of that of rehabilitation. Hence it has obviously social and economic benefit.
