摘要 本文用扫描电镜研究了纯铝表面浸锌膜的形貌、结果表明,ZnO的含量对浸锌膜的形貌有较大影响,随浸锌时间的增加,锌膜趋于均匀化,当浸锌时间达120秒时,锌膜可以均匀地覆盖整个基片表面。 Aluminum is a metal which is difficult to plate, due to the presence of aluminum oxide which prevents metal to metal bonding. In this paper ,the shape of the zinc coating on pure aluminum has been studied using SEM. The results show that both ZnO concentration and immersion time influence the film shape. The zinc coating would cover all of the substrate when the immersion time is up to 120 seconds.
