摘要
研究了１１头（６♂５♀）岭南牛的核型、Ｇ型、Ｃ带和Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ＿ｓ。结果发现，岭南牛群体内Ｙ染色体存在多态性，Ｙ染色体有中和近端着丝粒染色体，中着丝粒Ｙ染色体的Ｇ带和Ｃ带与普通牛（Ｂｏｓｔａｕｒｕｓ）相同，近端着丝粒Ｙ染色体Ｇ带和Ｃ带与瘤牛（Ｂｏｓｉｎｄｉｃｕｓ）相同。统计了２９２８个细胞的Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ＿ｓ数目，每细胞平均Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ＿ｓ数为５．３７７±０．２７９，变化范围３～１０个。认为岭南牛是我国北方普通牛与南方肩峰牛两大牛群汇合交汇点的南部边缘之一。
The six bulls and five cows were used for studying the karyotype,G-hand,C-band and Ag-NOR_s of Lingnan Cattle. It was found that Y chromosome paly-morphism existed among individuals witbin the breed.Y chromosomes of the breed in-cluded two types:metacentric and acrocentric chromosomes.G-and C-bands on meta-centric Y chromosome of the breed were the same as those in Bos taurus.On the otherhand,G-and C-bands on acrocentric Y chromosome of the breed were the same as thosein Bos indicus. With the study of 2928 cells,it was found that Ag-NOR_s number per cellwas 5.377±0.279 ranging from 3 to 10.
