摘要
在深入调查广西李资源和分布的基础上,通过植株形态观察和果实性状分析,鉴定出广西35个李品种。依果实形态可分成“红皮黄肉”、“红皮红肉”和“黄皮黄肉”3类。进行品种的过氧化物酶同工酶聚类分析,结合果实形态,比较了品种间的酶带特征及其亲缘关系。
The distribution of plum resources in Guangxi was investigated and the resources were collected in the growing areas. Thirty five varieties were identified according to their plant morphology and their fruitphysical properties.The resources could be classified into three kinds:red skin with yellow pulp,red skin with red pulp and yellow skin with yellow pulp.Zymogragh feature of some varieties and their relations were compared based on the cluster analysis of peroxidase isoenzyme and the fruit morphology.
