摘要
用0.5%K2CO3溶液提取N·b、SCM6、SCM73种家蚕微孢子虫孢子表面抗原蛋白,并用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳研究了三者表面抗原蛋白的差异,查明三者无共同成份存在。用N·b抗体蛋白致敏炭素制成检液,对N·b孢子为阳性反应,对SCM6、SCM7均不出现阳性凝集反应。可用以有效判别三者中的N·b孢子。
Spore surface antigen proteins of 3 microsporidians including Nosema bombycis(N.b),Nosema sp.(SCM6) and Endoreticulatus sp,(SCM7) were extracted with 5% K2CO3 solution.And the difference among 3 surface antigen proteins were studied with PAGE.Results revealed that no common bands existed in their PAGE patterns.The N.b spore showed positive reaction to N.br-Ig G sensitized carbon. while SCM6 andSCM7 showed negative reaction, indicating that this method might effectively distinguish the N.b from the SCM6 and SCM7.
