摘要
目的探讨库存血放置不同时间红细胞免疫功能的变化。方法对放置不同时间的库存血检测ＲＢＣ—Ｃ３ｂ受体及ＲＢＣ—ＩＣ花环率、自然肿瘤红细胞花环率及直向肿瘤红细胞花环率等四项红细胞免疫指标，与立即测定值进行比较。同时测定ＲＢＣ、Ｈｂ、ＨＣＴ三项常规血液指标，以评价血液保存质量。结果四项红细胞免疫功能指标，除ＲＢＣ—ＩＣ花环率逐步升高，其余三项指标均有不同程度降低。三项协常规各组指标除Ｈｂｄ２８结果与立即测定值有差异外，其余结果均无统计学差异。结论库存血随着放置时间延长，红细胞免疫功能降低。
Objective To study the changes of immunologic functions of RBC in the banked blood placed for different time.Methods The rate of RBC-C3b receptor and RBC-IC rosette, the rate of natural tumour erythrocyte rosette test (NTERT) and the rate of direct tumour erythrocyte rosette test (DTERT) were measured and compared with the results measured immediately. At the same time RBC, Hb and HCT were measured to evaluate the quality of blood preserved.Results Of the four parameters of RBC immunologic functions, the rate of RBC-IC rosette was increased, the rate of RBC-C3b receptor and the rate of NTERT and the rate of DTERT were reduced in diffferent degree. Of the three routine blood parameters in each group, at the 28th day the result of Hb was significant different with the results examined immediately, the others weren't statistically significant.Conclusion RBC immunologic functions are reducing gradually along with the lenthen of the preserved time of banked blood.
