摘要
以含10mm1缓冲溶液作流动相,在YWGC_18柱上,反相高效液相色谱法同时分离胞嘧啶、尿嘧啶、尿酸、鸟嘌呤、黄嘌呤、胸腺嘧啶和腺嘌呤等七种生物碱基,并用于人血浆中胞嘧啶、尿嘧啶、尿酸的测定,结果回收率在95.2%~104.
This paper reports the separation and determination of seven biological basesincluding cytosine,uracil,uric acid,guanine,xanthine,thymine and adenine on a YWGC_18 column with l0 mmolL ̄-1.phosphate buffer solution(pH 4.0)as a mobile phase,Themethod was used for determination of cytosine,uracil and uric acid in serum,95.2%~104.7%recoveries were obtained.
