摘要
为进一步评价补充维生素E和硒的安全性,本文以正常仓鼠幼肾成纤维细细胞株(BHK─21/C13)及其多瘤病毒转化的恶性细胞株(BHK─21/PyY)为对象,探讨了不同浓度的维生素E和硒对该对细胞增殖情况的单独和联合作用。结果显示:7μmol/L的维生素E使BHK—21/c13和BHK—21/PyY细胞株在96h的细胞计数分别增加11%和16%;0.1μmol/L的亚硒酸钠对上述二株细胞的增殖无影响;同时补充以上相同浓度的维生素E和亚硒酸钠,96h时的BHK─21/C13的细胞计数增长78%,而BHK—21/PyY未改变。提示:低浓度的维生素E和硒的联合应用,在安全性方面优于二者的单独使用。
In order to evaluate vitamin E and selenium in terms of safety,;We haveimvestigated individual and combined effects of vitamin E and selenium at differentconcentration on proliferation of a normal baby hamster kidney fibroblast cell line(BHK-21/C13) and its polyoma virus transformed counterpart (BHK-21/PyY).The results showed that vitamin E (α-tocopherol), at a concentration of 7μmol/L, stimulated BHK-21/C13 and BHK-21/PyY growth by 11 % and 16% respectively;selenium (sodium selenite), up till to 0. 1μmol/L, had no effect on growthof both cell lines; co-supplementation with vitamin E and selenium at the sameconcentrations as mentioned above increased BHK-21/C13 growth rate by 78%,while BHK-21/PyY cell line remained unaltered. The results suggest that co supplementation with vitamin E and selenium at low concentration is better thanseparate supplementation of them in the light of safety.
