摘要
玉石洼铁矿应用ＬＣ－１喷嘴，采用合适的风压和操作方法，在混合料中加入优质速凝剂和纤维掺合料，以及合理确定水灰比和一次喷层厚度等技术，可降低粉尘量和回弹率。
Some measures to reduce the dusts and rebounds during shotcreting process adopted in Yushiwa iron mine were described, such as application of LC- 1 type nozzle, use of proper air pressure and operation method,introduction of high-quality quick-setting additive and fibrous filler in the mixture,determination of rcasonable water-cement ratio and layer thickness in one shot cycle,etc.
