摘要
合成了7个4'-甲基黄酮的衍生物,初步药理结果表明,有3个化合物对乌头碱诱发的大鼠心律失常有预防作用。其中SIPI-644的抗心律失常与胺碘酮相当。
Seven new 4'-methylflavone derivatives have been synthesized.Three compounds(1,4 and 7) showed preventive effect on aconitine-induced ve-ntricular arrhythrnia in rats. The antiarrhythmic potency of compond 4 (SIPI-644) was comparable with amiodarone. SIPI-644 also possessed therapeutic effects on ventricular arrhythmia inducedby other drugs, ventricular fibrillation induced by electrical stimulation, inrabbits and on ischemic ventricular arrhythmia in Beagle dogs (24h and 48h aftercoronary ligation).
