摘要
漂白麦草浆的性质不同于木浆,它构成了一个不易凝聚的特殊体系。磷酸铝、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和一些阳离子高分子聚合物虽有一定的助滤/助留效果,但为了提高造纸机的车速,它们的作用是不够的。因此研制了一种两性网状聚丙烯酰胺。实验证明,这种聚合物用作漂白麦草浆的造纸助滤/助留剂时,具有极好的效果。
The content of anionic soluble compound and fines are 5.92% and 20.82% respectively in bleached wheat straw pulp and the retention water value is 225%. The chara teristics of bleached wheat straw pulp are different from wood pulp. These made a tenacious flocculation system. Although there are some effects when the alum anionic polyacrylamide and some cationic polymers were added into the wheat straw pulp, the improvement is not enough for machine speed up. Thus a network-type amphoteric polyacrylamide have been developed. This polymer has much higher effectiveness as drainage/retention aids. The cationicity of polymers also plays an important role.
