摘要
本文对贵州产红花八角茎叶中的化学成分进行了研究,分离出四个化合物,根据其理化数据,鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),三十烷醇-1(Ⅱ),檞皮素-3-o-鼠李糖甙(Ⅲ)和莽草酸(Ⅳ)。并初步证实莽草酸为红花八角的镇痛有效成分。
Four chemical constituents were isolated from the stems and leaves of Illicium dunnianum: β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), 1-triacontanal(Ⅱ), quercitrin (Ⅲ) and shikimic acid(Ⅳ), and identified on the basis of spectral analysis. Pharmacological experiments have shown that shikimic acid possesses analgesic activties.
