摘要
本文报告了经病理证实尤文氏肉瘤5例,计掌骨、肋骨、腰椎各1例,长骨2例。讨论了少见部位尤文氏肉瘤的X线表现特点,我们认为掌骨、肋骨、腰椎尤文氏肉瘤主要表现斑点状骨质破坏。在掌骨常伴软组织肿块,骨质硬化,骨膜反应及骨囊性变,在肋骨软组织肿块为主要临床及X线表现,在腰椎一般无骨膜反应,椎间隙正常,部分病例可出现腰大肌影增宽。
Five cases of Ewing's sarcoma proved by pathology are reported. Sites of tumor were one each in the metacarpal, rib and lumbar vertebrae and 2 in the long bones. The X-ray manifestations of the Ewing's sarcoma were discussed. It is stressed that the main features are stippled lytic lesion accompanied with tumor masses, os- teosclerosis, periosteal reaction and cystic degeneration of the bone. The tumor mass of the ribs and soft tissues are the main clinical and X-ray manifestations. No periosteal reaction in the lumbar vertebrae and the vertebral spaces are usually nor- mal. The shadow of the psoas muscles may widen in some cases.
