摘要
在伺服系统加减速能力校验上,采用了德国斯图加特大学GottfriedStute教授利用计算速度环加减速时间校验加减速能力的方法,并通过实例比较系统地介绍了数控机床伺服进给系统电机选择的全过程。
Correct and rational selection of servo motor is very important to reduce costs and working accuracy o f machines. The troditional process is accurate, but difficult in applications, especially for AC servo system. The accelerating/decelerating capabilites of servo system are checked by the method in which the accelerating/decelerating capabilites are checked by use of accelerating and decelerating times calculating, which method is developed by Prof. Gottfried Stute,Stuttgart University, Germany. There are some examples are given, in order to introducing the selecting process of the motor for servo feeding system of NC machines.
