缺血性脑血管病患者血浆兴奋性氨基酸递质的测定及临床意义 被引量:9

Determination and clinical significance of excitatory amino acid transmitters in plasma of patients with ischemic vascular disorders

摘要 本文应用高效液相色谱法测定了57例缺血性脑血管病患者和33例正常对照血浆中兴奋性氨基酸递质和抑制性氨基酸、天冬氨酸明显升高(26.48%,20.22%);在缺血发生24h后开始显著上升,恢复期降至正常水平。血浆抑制性氮基酸,r-氨基丁酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸在脑缺血急性期也升高,r-氨基丁酸在恢复期下降,而甘氨酸、丙氨酸未见下降。本文结果表明,谷氨酸、天冬氨酸参与人类脑缺血性细胞损伤的病理生理过程;急性缺血性脑血管病患者血浆兴奋性和抑制性氨基酸递质可作为一个敏感指标,早期证实脑缺血的发生,推测缺血的严重程度,具有重要的临床意义。 Excitatory amino acids(EAA) have been implicated in the pathopbysiology of cellular injury after brain ischemia.Changes in plasma levels of EAA and inhibitory amino acids(IAA) in 57 cases of patients with ischemic vascular disorders and 33 cases normal controls were determined using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Significant increases were found in plasm concentration of glutamate,aspartate,γaminobutyric acid(GABA),glycine,and alanine within first three days after cerebral ischemia compared to normal controls.The content of glutamate begans to increase significantly during 24 to 48 hours after ischemia.The plasma levels of glutamate,aspartate and GABA have returned to normal in recovery patients.These results showed that glutamate and aspartate participate in the pathophysiology of neuronal damage and death after cerebral ischemia in human being;excitatory and inhibitory amino acid in patients with acute ischemic vascular disorders,as a sensitive indicator,can suggest the happening and severity of cerebral ischemia.
