摘要
本研究采用灌流方法观察铬对大鼠心肌细胞的电生理效应。结果表明:铬可使心肌细胞的APD缩短,而对AP的其它参数无作用。用1.9×10^(-5)mol/L灌流时,APD_(50)和APD_(90)均缩短,5min时开始缩短,20~30min时达最大值,60min时由缩短又开始延长;1.9×10^(-6)mol/L时,APD也缩短,但幅度较小;9.6×10^(-5)mol/L时、APD虽明显缩短,但心肌的应激性明显降低。心肌细胞APD的缩短,可能是铬影响了钙离子及钾离子流的结果。
In this study,effects of chromium on eletrophysiological properties of rat ventricular fibers were observed with perfused method. The results showed that chromium caused shortening of APD of rat myocardial cells. Changes of APD related to concentration and time of chromic perfu-sion:1. 9 ×10-5 mol/L chromium caused significant shortening of APD50 and APD90,APD was the shortest during 20 min to 30 min; 1. 9× 10-6 mol/L chromium caused less shortening of APD,but 9. 6× 10-5mol/L chromium caused more shortening of APD,at the same time irritability of myocardium was lowered. Chromium might effect Ca++ and K+ current,which resulted in changes of APD.
