摘要
通过VAC与乙烯基酯类单体共聚制得乳液基料．再加入适当的填料，配制成干燥速度快、成本低的改性PVAC乳液粘合剂。文中通过正交试验筛选出最佳配方，介绍了乳液粘合剂的制备方法和性能测试方法，对乳液基料配方、保温时间、填料的选择等方面进行了讨论。
Emulsion substrate, prepatred from the copolymerization of VAC and vinyl ester monomer, was mixed with suitable amount of filler to obtain the modified PVAC emulsion adhesive with high drying speed and low cost. Optimum formula was determined through or thogonal experiment. Techniques to test the adhesive properties were introduced. Severl factors such as folmula of emulsion substrate. time for heat preserving and selection of filler was studied as well.
