摘要
在３３侧成人足标本上观测了第二、三趾的血管和神经。第二趾胫侧趾底固有动脉、趾底固有神经和胫侧趾背静脉外径分别为１．１±０．３ｍｍ、１．６±０．３ｍｍ、１．１±０．２ｍｍ；腓侧分别为０．８±０．３ｍｍ、１．５±０．４ｍｍ、０．９±０．２ｍｍ。第三趾胫侧趾底固有动脉、趾底固有神经和胫侧趾背静脉外径分别为０．９±０．３ｍｍ、１．６±０．４ｍｍ、１．０±０．２ｍｍ：腓侧分别为０．７±０．２ｍｍ、１．４±０．２ｍｍ、０．９±０．２ｍｍ。结合再造术讨论了趾部分移植血管神经蒂的选择。
he blood vessels and nerves supplying the 2nd and the
3rd toes were observed on 33 adultfoot specimens. Anatomical data
were measured as the following. The average external diametersof the
digital plantar proper arteries,digital dorsal veins and digital
plantar nerves of the secondtoe are respectively 1.1±0.3mm,1.1±0. 2
mm and 1. 6±0. 3 mm on the tibial side,and 0. 8±0.3mm,0. 9± 0. 2
mm and 1.6±0. 4 mm on the fibular side. Those of the 3rd toe are 0.
9±0.3mm,1.0±0. 2 mm and 1.6±0. 4 mm on the tibial side,and 0.7±0.
2 mm,0. 9±0. 2 mm and 1.4±0. 2 mm on the fibular side, Methods of
partial transfer of the 2nd or the 3rd toe for the repair-ment of
partial defects of fingers were discussed.
