中低碳锰铁中碳的来源和降碳途径 被引量:4

THE SOURCE OF CARBON IN MEDIUM-LOWER CARBON FERROMANGANESE AND THE WAY OF REDUCING CARBON CONCENT

摘要 本文分析了中低碳锰铁中碳的主要来源,提出了降碳的两条主要途径,即提高硅锰合金的硅含量降碳和硅锰合金精炼降碳降磷.根据实验结果,提出了使用精炼的硅锰合金作还原剂,可以生产出低磷的优质锰铁合金,并提出了生产中低碳锰铁可以使用普通烧结矿. The main source of carbon has been explained in medium-lower carbon ferro-manganese. Two ways were suggested to reduce carbon content,i.e.increasing silicon con-tent of silicomanganese alloy to reduce carbon and refining silicomanganese to lower carbonand phospher. According to test restilts, high quality ferromanganese with lower carbon andphospher can be produced by using refined silicomanganese as reducing agent.It is proposedthat common sinter can be used in the production of medium-lower carbon ferromanganese.
