摘要
用免疫酶染色法检测Ｖｅｒｏ细胞培养物、陈旧石蜡切片和人工感染试验鸡组织中的ＡＶＡＶ，并比较了ＡＶＡＶ强毒和弱毒株在组织中的分布情况。结果发现，试验鸡于感染ＡＶＡＶ弱毒株后１～５天、感染ＡＶＡＶ强毒株后１～９天出现病毒血症；跗关节、跖趾关节、趾关节、趾屈肌健、脾脏、肝脏等组织中病毒的检出率最高，存在时间也最长；在感染后３～２０天于感染鸡法氏囊、感染后３～１１天于感染鸡胸腺中检出了强毒株，在这两组织中未检出ＡＶＡＶ弱毒株。感染８小时后的Ｖｅｒｏ细胞培养物和陈旧石蜡切片均被检出ＡＶＡＶ。
Abstract Avian viral arthritis virus(AVAV)was detected in vero cell cultures,old paraffin-embeded sectionsand artificial infected chicken tissues by immunoenzyme dyeing technique.Viral localization of an attenuated AVAV in tissues was compared to a virulent AVAV strain. The virusemia of AVAV appearedon 1 to 5 days after infetion of the attenuated AVAV JN-1 strain and on 1 to 9 days after infection of the virulent AVAV J-1 strain.The higher detectable indices and louser existing time were discovered in hOCk joint,digital joint,metatarsal joint,digital flexortendon,spleen and liver.VirulentJ-1 strain could be detected in bursa of Fabricious on 3 to 20 days postinfection and in thymus on 3 to 11 days postinfection,respectively,but attenuated JN-1 strain couldn't be found in the two tissues.
