摘要
痛风性关节炎是一种常见病,近年来其发病率不断增加。其急性发作期常使用非甾体类抗炎药,糖皮质激素及秋水仙碱等药物,虽然可取得较好的疗效,但常因其副作用而限制临床应用。从中医角度探讨痛风性关节炎的病因、辨证分型及治疗方法,从而为临床治疗痛风性关节炎提供更多手段。
Gouty arthritis is a common disease,in recent years,its incidence is increasing.Acute stage of its regular use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,glucocorticoid and colchicine and other drugs,although they may be better efficacy,but side effects often limit its clinical application.In this paper,mainly from the perspective of chinese medicine the cause of gouty arthritis,and syndrome-based treatment,clinical treatment for gouty arthritis means to provide more.
