摘要
[目的]观察我院院内制剂加味参附颗粒对冠心病合并心功能不全的临床疗效。[方法]将60例冠心病合并心功能不全患者分为两组,其中对照组采用常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味参附颗粒,每次1包,每日2次,疗程为4周。[结果]治疗组在自觉症状、心血管事件发生次数的改善及心功能改善等方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味参附颗粒对冠心病合并慢性心功能不全有较好的疗效。
[Objective]To observe the hospital compound formulations modified Shenfu granules on coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure clinical efficacy.[Methods]60 cases of coronary heart disease patients with cardiac dysfunction were divided into two groups,in which anti-heart failure control group with conventional therapy,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the treatment was added modified Shenfu granules,each time a package,two times a day course of treatment for 4 weeks.[Results]The treatment group patients symptoms,improvement in the number of cardiovascular events and cardiac function improved so significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion]Modified Shenfu granula to particles of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure has a good effect.
