摘要
运用ANSYS Workbench集成研发平台,对某种高速立式加工中心主轴箱进行自由模态分析,提取主轴箱的前12阶频率,查看(7~12)阶频率对应的振形图,结果显示出了主轴箱各部分结构振动的强弱分布以及抗振薄弱区,据其评价主轴箱的抗振性能,为高速立式加工中心主轴箱结构设计和优化提供前提依据。
Using ANSYS Workbench integration R & D platform,free modal analysis of a certain high-speed vertical machining center spindle box was done.The first 12 bands frequency were extracted and viewed vibrational shaped diagram corresponding to 7-12 bands frequency.The results showed the distribution of structural vibration degree of strength and the anti-vibration weak areas of headstock.According to that,evaluating the anti-vibration characteristics of headstock.And Basis was provided for structural design and optimization of the headstock structure of high-speed vertical machining center.
