摘要
目的探讨健康老年人肾小管功能的变化情况。方法分别采用电位滴定法、速率法、ELISA法、放射免疫法,对36例健康老年人及36例健康青年(对照组),留尿检测可滴定酸(TA)、铵(NH4)及乙酰B-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP),β2-微球蛋白(β2-M),进行统计学处理。结果健康老年人尿RBP、NAG、β2-M较对照组明显升高,尿渗透压明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而TA、NH4显著降低(P<0.05),尿比重两组无明显差异(P>0.01)。结论随着年龄的增长老年人存在着不同程度的肾小管损伤。
Objective To explore the function of the renal tubular in older healthy people.Methods 36 older healthy people underwent urinal examination,including titrated acid(TA),NH_4,N-B-D-glucosaminidase(NAG),retinal-binding protein(RBP),β_2-microglobulin(β_2-M).36 healthy youth volunteers were selected as the control(NC) group.Results The levels of the NAG,RBP β_2-M of urine in older people group were higher than controt significantly(p<0.01).Furthermore,TA,NH_4+ the osmotic pressure higher in older people group(p<0.05).There were no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion There is notable decline of the renal tubular function in older people.
