项目间知识转移模型及因素研究

摘要 加强项目的知识管理,解决项目知识流失问题的一个重要手段就是实现知识在项目与项目间的转移.本文总结了国内外知识转移相关研究,提出了项目间知识转移的月牙模型,阐述了项目间知识转移的类型及转移机制,探讨了影响项目间知识转移的因素.
