摘要
文章以系统功能语法框架内的名词化理论为指导,以大连理工大学硕士学位论文英文摘要为分析对象,运用统计学的分析方法,建立了两个小型数据库进行对比研究。通过运用SPSS软件进行分析,得出以下结论,中国学生英语名词化运用程度远低于以英语为母语的外国学生;中国学生英语名词化运用频率的高低与其英语作文质量的高低成正比。进而指出了中国硕士学位论文英文摘要中名词化现象运用频率低的原因及改进措施。
