摘要
借助计算机数值模拟,为塑料模具钢718大模块制订了两种新型的淬火工艺,一是预冷-水淬-自回火-水淬工艺,另一是提高奥氏体化温度,直接空冷淬火的工艺.实际生产试验的结果表明,这两种淬火工艺能够满足大模块质量要求.另外,计算机模拟结果和实验结果吻合的较好,说明这种计算机数值模拟方法可以用来设计新型淬火工艺.
Two new quenching processes were Numerically simulated for the plastic die steel 718. The first process is pre - cooling in the air → quenching in water → self - tempering in the air out of water → quenching in water → cooling to room temperature in the air. The second is austenitizing at higher temperature, then directly cooling to room temperature in the air. The experiment results from practical production show the two quenching processes can meet the quality requirement of large die block. In addition, the results of computer simulation agree well with the experiment results, and the computer numerical simulation method can be used to design novel quenching process to guide the production.
