摘要
目的:建立感冒止咳颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法:色谱柱为D iamonsil C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(体积比65∶35∶0.3);流速为1.0 mL/m in;柱温为室温;检测波长为278 nm。结果:黄芩苷的质量浓度在32.3~323.8μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.2%。结论:本方法准确可靠、重现性好,可用于感冒止咳颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the assay of baicalin in Ganmaozhike granules.Methods The analytical column was Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was consisted of CH3OH-H2O-H3PO4(65∶35∶0.3).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was room temperature.The detective wavelength was 278 nm.Results The baicalin linenarity renge was 32.3~323.8 μg/mL.The average recovery was 100.5%,and the RSD was 1.2%.Conclusion This method was simple and accurate,which could be used for the quality control of Ganmaozhike granules.
