摘要
目的:比较AH-Plus和Vitapex两种根管充填糊剂的根尖封闭性能。方法:将60颗正畸治疗中拔除的下颌双尖牙随机分为两组。AH-Plus组30颗,根管预备后采用AH-Plus根充糊剂+冷牙胶侧方加压法充填根管;Vitapex组30颗,根管预备后采用Vitapex糊剂+冷牙胶侧方加压法充填根管。两组根管充填后采用亚甲基蓝染色法处理,纵切牙根,观察染料渗入的深度,进行统计分析比较。结果:AH-Plus组染色长度显著短于Vitapex组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AH-Plus作为封闭剂在根管充填后根尖微渗漏明显低于Vitapex。
Objective To compare the closure property of two filling materials(AH-Plus,Vitapex) in root canal therapy.Methods Newly extracted 60 bicuspid teeth in orthopedic therapy were divided into two groups(n=30),the root canal were prepared and filled with AH-Plus and Vitapex respectively,then cold gutta-percha were compressed into root canal laterally.After dyeing for 72 hours in 2% methylene blue trihydrate,apical microleakage was evaluated by the dye penetration.Results The mean dyeing depth of AH-Plus group was significantly shorter than that of Vitapex group(P<0.05).Conclusion AH-Plus was more suitable than Vitapex for root canal filling with its lower apical microleakage.
