摘要
随着依法治国步伐的推进,公民权利意识的觉醒,公众要求参政议政的呼声日益高涨,在公众参与机制不断成熟与发展的过程中,有关如何健全公众参与意见反馈机制的话题,正成为社会各界所关注和讨论的焦点。我国公众参与过程中的意见反馈机制存在各种缺陷,必须借鉴域外公众参与意见反馈机制的成功经验,明确健全公众参与意见反馈机制应坚持的基本原则,进而提出健全公众参与意见反馈机制的具体对策。
As promoting the pace of ruling a country by law and the awareness of people rights,the ideas that the public appeal for participating the administration and discussion of state affairs have been raised.In the growing and developing process of the public participation mechanism,the topic on how to improve the feedback mechanism about public participation is becoming the focus of social attention.There are all kinds of defects about feedback mechanism in the process of the public of our country participation,so we must use the successful experience of other countries for reference,make clear the basic principle in the feedback mechanism,and then put forward concrete countermeasures to improve the feedback mechanism of the public participation suggestion.
