In the 'translator preface' of 'Complete Works of Shakespeare's Plays',Zhu Shenghao explained his translation strategies and methods,which is a kind of colloquial translation ideal that fails to achieve.Shakespeare's 'King Lear','Othello',and 'Macbeth' are three important tragedies,fundamentally,Zhu Shenghao's vernacular translation is a targeted rewriting behavior,showing highly creative features,especially in formal and rigorous vernacular style.For the developing vernacular writings,Zhu Shenghao made a successful attempt to make Shakespeare's plays be translated into Chinese language with agitating emotion.
