雪松、龙柏在城市不同功能区的重金属累积特征 被引量:1

Enrichment charatcteristic of heavy metals for Cedrus deodara and Sabina chinensis in deferent functional areas in Nanjing

摘要 为了探讨南京城市不同功能区生长的植物对重金属的吸收能力以及根、茎叶不同部位吸收能力间的差异,选择了南京市4种不同功能区域(化工厂区、交通繁忙区、居民住宅区、公园)雪松和龙柏两种主要园林绿化植物,采集其根、茎、叶样品各1 kg,运用ICP-4300 DV测定Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb和Zn的质量分数,分析了其在植物不同器官中的含量差异,同时进行不同功能区间Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb和Zn元素含量的相关性分析。结果表明,南京园林植物雪松和龙柏对重金属污染吸附积累量在化工厂区和交通繁忙区相对较多,而居民住宅区和公园区的重金属污染相对较轻地区积累量相对较少。不同功能区雪松和龙柏根、茎、叶对重金属污染吸附积累量以根最大,茎次之,叶最低。雪松、龙柏在各功能区根、茎、叶中不同重金属元素含量平均数以Pb最高,Zn次之,雪松分别为88.91mg/kg和32.76 mg/kg;龙柏分别为31.98 mg/kg和25.24 mg/kg。不同功能区雪松和龙柏根、茎、叶平均累计含量变异系数均以Cd最大,Pb次之,雪松分别为155.15%和150.40%,龙柏分别为256.08%和203.72%,其他元素变异系数较小。 In order to study the enrichment capability of heavy metals of garden trees in deferent functional areas in Nanjing as well as their variation within different organs,such as root,stem and leave,healthy trees of cedrus(Cedrus deodara) and dragon juniper(Sabina chinensis) in four types of functional area(chemical factory,traffic artery,residential place and garden) were selected to be investigating objects.1 kg samples of root,stem and leave from selected trees were collected respectively.Mass fraction of Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb and Zn in each sample was measured by ICP-4300DV.The results showed that the amount of enrichment of heavy metals in the chemical factory and traffic artery were much higher than those in the garden and residential area for these two types of trees.In different functional area,enrichment of heavy metals was the highest in the roots,the second was in the stem and the lowest was in the leaves.Among the average mass fraction of Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb and Zn in different organs of cedrus and dragon juniper,Pb was the highest and Zn was the second.Pb and Zn content in cedrus was 88.91 mg/kg and 32.76 mg/kg respectively,And Pb and Zn content in dragon juniper was 31.98 mg/kg and 25.24 mg/kg respectively.The coefficient of variation of Cd content was the highest and the next was the Pb for both types of trees.The coefficient of variation of Cd and Pb content were 155.15% and 150.40% respectively in cedrus,and 256.08% and 203.72% respectively in dragon juniper.
