摘要
以永定河官厅山峡区间为研究对象,建立了综合考虑水电站经济效益和河道生态需水的MIKE BASIN供水调度模型,并进行了优化求解。得到的官厅山峡电站最优供水调度计划,能够满足50%以上生态基流量,维持泥沙运移平衡,水质Ⅲ类以上,河流景观恢复,物种生境繁衍。
Taking Guanting Gorge Section of Yongdinghe River as the study case,the MIKE BASIN based water supply dispatching model for the comprehensive consideration on the economic benefits from the existing hydropower stations and the eco-water demand within the section is established,and then the relevant optimized solution is made as well.On the basis of this,the optimal water supply dispatching schedule for all the hydropower stations within the section of the gorge is obtained,which can meet 50% of the demand of the eco-basic flow to maintain the equilibrium of sediment transport,keep the water quality above the classification Ⅲ,restore the river landscape and protect the breeding habitat of the species concerned.
