草酸过氧钒催化氧化α-蒎烯反应研究

摘要 以草酸过氧钒为催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,研究了α-蒎烯的氧化反应.考察了溶剂、温度、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对催化性能的影响.结果表明高价态V5+与草酸形成的双过氧配合物催化剂,在催化剂质量分数为8.0%、反应温度40℃、丙酮溶剂中反应8 h条件下,α-蒎烯转化率达到68.7%,主产物马鞭草烯酮的选择性为34.9%.对催化剂进行了初步的回收利用. The oxidation of α-Pinene which catalyzed by K3[VO(O2)2(C2O4)]·H2O using H2O2 as oxidant was studied in this research.The effects of reaction conditions such as solvents,temperature,amount of catalyst and time on this reaction were investigated.The results showed that peroxovanadium obtained from high valent V5+ and oxalic acid is a good redox-Lewis acid bi-functional catalyst for the oxidation of α-pinene.Under optimized reaction conditions of m(catalyst)∶m(α-pinene)=8.0%,reaction temperature 40 ℃,using acetone as solvent,after 8 h,the conversion of α-pinene can reach 68.7% and the selectivity of verbenone can reach 34.9%.The catalyst has been recovered and utilized.
