摘要
通过文献分析,总结体育科技体制改革、体育科技成果贡献、体育科技服务、体育科技资源及创新激励等方面的研究成果,提出需进一步研究的问题1)体育科技服务要围绕奥运争光计划和全民健身计划的需要进行创新;2)体育科技创新激励如何解决个人创造与组织创造的机制冲突;3)如何构建体育科技创新资源整合体系;4)解决体育科技成果转化中各创新要素缺乏“联动”的瓶颈突破口在于如何重新构架体育科技体制和调整制度安排。
Through the literature analysis, this paper summed up the achievements of sports science and technology system reform, sports scientific and technological contribution, service, resource and innovation, put forwarded the problems needed further investigation 1. Sports scientific and technological service should arrange innovation around Olympic Glorious Program and National Fitness Program 2. How sports scientific and technological innovation is encouraged to solve the conflict caused by individuals and organization 3. How to construct the system of integration of resources of sports scientific and technological innovation 4. In solving sports transformation of sports scientific and technological achievements, how to reconstruct framework and system arrangement of sports science and technology system.
