摘要
针对现场总线协议的现状,提出了开发集成以太网接口的PROFIBUS智能主站的重要意义。分析和研究了PROFIBUS协议的框架和主站的状态机制,在此基础上从主站的硬件和软件设计两个方面对开发PROFIBUS主站的过程进行了详细描述。采用基于ARM7TDMI内核的微处理器S3C4510B,可以很好地与PROFIBUS主站协议芯片接口,扩展以太网接口电路与工业以太网连接。
The significance of developing intelligent PROFIBUS master station was presented. The frame of PROFIBUS protocol and the sate machine of master station were analyzed and investigated. Based on the analysis results, the development process of PROFIBUS master station was described in detail from two aspects of hardware and software designing. Adopting the microprocessor S3C4510B will have an easy access to the protocol chip ASPC2, and it will make it easy to develop Ethernet interface circuit for connection to the industry Ethernet, thus provided a low-cost solution for converting from Fieldbus control technology to industry Ethernet control technology.
